FAQs: 
What Kind Of Photos Do I Need?
  1. Pick a sunny/overcast day, take photos between 7-10am or 3-6pm.
  2. Try not to use zoom...walk closer to photo details.
  3. Include entire structure you want designed. (Take multiple photos to capture the entire area)
  4. Try for a good, straight-on photo, including all corners/edges of building.
  5. For a building that no longer exists, provide copies of old photos (even black & white) with color designations.
  6. Make sure you're happy with the colors in your photos. We do our best to match your colors.
How Long Does It Take? (5 to 8 weeks total)
  • DESIGN TIME takes 2-4 weeks after we receive your photos + 1 week if you "Add On Artwork Approval".
  • PRODUCTION takes 3-4 weeks once we've completed your design.
What Does It Cost?

Order as:

3/4" thick shelf-sitter keepsake (size range within 4"-7" tall & wide)

24-59pcs - $14.75 ea
60-249pcs - $14.50 ea
250+pcs - $14.00 ea

**$150 Deposit (includes one-time $125.00 design fee*) is required to get your design started. Once you’ve completed the form on this page, tap the ADD TO CART button to pay the $150 Deposit and get your design started. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal.**

*The Design Fee of $125.00 includes up to two (2) proofs. Additional proofs are $35 each.

What are the shipping costs?

24-35 items = $28.85

36-71 items = $36.85

72-99 items = $48.85

100+ items *Shipping & handling costs will be invoiced at time of shipment.

We will contact you with cost before invoicing.

How do I reorder if I want more in the future?

We always have your design on file once you place your original order. Prices vary depending on the quantity you want to reorder. Please EMAIL or call 330-264-1377 to receive a link to reorder. You'll need your item # found in the lower left corner on the back of your keepsake.
