Listed on the Register of Historic Places, St. George Reef a sturdy light that has survived the storms of time. Built 6 miles off shore from Crescent City, CA, it was also the costliest lighthouse to build at $700,000 plus, and took 10 years to complete. Today the light shines as a private navigational aid run by the St. George Reef Lighthouse Preservation Society.
Our lighthouse is inspired by the USPS 2007 Pacific Coast lighthouse stamps.
Look for Casper, our black cat mascot, catching some salt water spray at the base of the lighthouse.
We've crafted this lighthouse from 3/4" thick wood with colorful details on the front and it's story printed on the back. Made in the USA.
