This ¾” thick The Globe Corner Bookstore is hand screen printed on the front and back. It is part of a ten-piece series of buildings called Series VIII, created by Cat’s Meow founder, Faline Jones, in her eighth year of business. This series was introduced in 1990 and retired January 1996.
The fire of 1711 on the corner of School Street and Washington Street lead to The Globe Corner Bookstore being built. This Boston bookstore published the works of many famous authors in the 1800's from it's upstairs offices.
Look for our trademark black cat, Casper, on every Cat’s Meow. Handcrafted in our Wooster, Ohio workshop.
