This ¾” thick Canal Boat is hand screen printed on the front with a short description on the back. It is an accessory of a four-piece series called Canal Town Series, created by Cat’s Meow founder, Faline Jones, in her twenty-fourth year of business. This series was introduced in 2006.
Travel by means of a canal boat was most often leisurely. The cost of a canal boat plus the six horses or oxen to pull it was between $2,000 and $4,000.
