The Lace House was built in the 1860s, and is named for its Victorian filigreed facade. The Victorian era of American architecture was very alive during the last half of the 19th entury. This style can be found throughout the country, from the New England states to the West Coast. The Lace House is one of Colorado's most photographed attractions.
