This ¾” thick Telegraph/Post Office is hand screen printed on the front and back as part of a series representing a common downtown street, Main Street, during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. It is part of a four-piece series of buildings created by Cat’s Meow founder, Faline Jones, in her fifth year of business. This series was introduced in 1987 and retired Dec 31, 1992. The 19 and 82 found on the doors of this design represents the year Faline started creating Cat’s Meows, 1982. This piece is from the 1992 production year.
