Tatham Life-Saving Station #36 (1895-1915) is the oldest building in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. It currently houses the American Legion, Stephen C. Ludlam Post 331 who has lovingly worked to preserve this building and museums honoring the Life-Saving Service, the Coast Guard and our military services. Look closely and you will see two murals behind the boat room doors by artist and Post member, James J. Thompson.

This Tatham Life-Saving Station #36  keepsake is handcrafted in the U.S. from ¾” thick wood with a detailed front design and a written description on the back. It can set neatly on a shelf, desk or narrow ledge such as window or door trim. Group it with other Cat’s Meows to create your own little Village! Look for Casper, our black cat mascot, sitting or reclining within the design.

Proceeds from the sale of this piece go to www.stephencludlampost331.org. It is also available for sale at the Station.
