Ropes Mansion at 318 Essex Street, Salem, MA was built in 1727 and was owned by various members of the Ropes family until it was left to the public in 1912. The Colonial Revival-style garden behind the house was designed in 1912 with a pond added in 1930.
Today, you can visit this historic mansion run by the Essex Institue since 1978.
We've added fall decor and welcoming orange glowing windows to this house in celebration of Salem's favorite time of year. Plus, who doesn't recognize this as Allison's house in the infamous Hocus Pocus movie?
Casper, our black cat mascot, is all tucked into the pumpkin pile waiting to see all the scary Halloween costumes.
We handcraft this from 3/4" thick wood in our Wooster, Ohio workshop. Add it to your home decor to remind you of a favorite memory.
