This vast mausoleum of white marble was built between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
The Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage.
It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 and is considered one of the 7 wonders of the world.
We handcraft our replica in 3/4" thick wood with colorful details on the front and the story on the back.
Look closely and you'll find Casper, our black cat mascot, reclining by the cool marble on a hot day.
