The Dragonfly Inn was formerly a bed-and-breakfast owned by the Weston family and purchased by Lorelai and Sookie. Lorelai becomes the executive manager and Sookie is the chef. Michel, the former concierge of the Independence Inn in Stars Hollow and a good friend of Sookie and Lorelai, becomes the new manager of the Dragonfly.
