John Blake bought an empty lot at 107 East Bay Street in 1791 and built a house that ended up anchoring the northern point of what's come to be known as Rainbow Row in Charleston, South Carolina.
Not far from Waterfront Park in Charleston, SC this house is part of the longest group of Georgian row houses in the U.S. These 13 houses are known as Rainbow Row due to the bright colors they were painted when they were restored during the 1930s and 40s.
We handcraft it from 3/4" thick wood with colorful details on the front and a short history on the back. Casper, our black cat mascot, is perched on the windowsill avoiding the heat under the nice shady tree.
