A trip to Philadelphia wouldn't be complete without a tour of the Betsy Ross House at 239 Arch Street.
This is the birthplace of the American Flag!
This house is where upholsterer/seamstress, Betsy Ross, lived when she made the first American Flag.
She continued to make flags for the government for more than fifty years.
Today, you can walk back in time to visit Betsy Ross herself when you take a tour of this historic home.
We handcraft this Betsy Ross House from 3/4" thick wood with colorful details on the front and a short history written on the back.
Look for Casper, our black cat mascot, perched on top of the cellar door peeking in the window at Betsy sewing away.
