This quilt design is a collaboration between Village founder, Faline Jones, and friend, Corey Yoder at Coriander Quilts. They've chosen to give 10% of your purchase to Amani Ya Juu who works in eastern Africa teaching marginalized women sewing and quilting skills so they can support themselves and their children. Corey designed this pattern by taking an Ohio Star and adding a red apple. It is aptly named Apple Creek, which reflects the name of the town Faline lives in.

Look for Casper, our black cat mascot, on your finished piece, as the design architect gets to pick the spot where he'll be hanging out. Handcrafted in Wooster, Ohio of 3/4" thick wood with colorful details on the front and a short history on the back.
