This ¾” thick Maryland Inn is hand screen printed on the front and back. It is part of a five-piece series of buildings called Annapolis Christmas Series, created by Cat’s Meow founder, Faline Jones, in her seventeeth year of business. This series was introduced on June 1, 1999 and retired on December 31, 1999.
Built in 1772, this was the first structure in Annapolis that was designed to be a hotel, not just a house that could be used interchangeably. In 1784, the inn was called "King of France Tavern" to express gratitude to Louis XVI for his help in winning our independence.
