A familiar Paris landmark, the Arc de Triomphe straddles a hectic traffic circle where twelve avenues converge, including the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. The arch was completed in 1836 and commemorates the victories of Napoleon Bonaparte. In 1920, the arch also became the site for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where an eternal flame burns.
This ¾" thick wooden replica of the Arc de Triomphe is designed and painted to reflect its historical features. It can set neatly on a shelf, wainscoting, or window/door trim to remind you of a special place you've visited or dream of visiting someday. Look for Casper, our black cat mascot, sitting or reclining in his own special spot.
