Located in Clinton Square, this Custom House is one of the most important buildings in Flordia.
First used as the island's customs office, postal office, and district courts, the Custom House also was used by the Navy as the headquarters for their Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico operations. Once the Navy no longer put the building to use, it was abandoned for twenty years before being leased to the Key West Art and Historical Society where it is currently a museum.
