Here are some answers to questions you may have on your mind:

 

Q - How do I get the tracking info for my shipment?

A - We paste your tracking number in the email we send everytime we ship your order. The email subject line says "Box full of PURRS is on it's way!". You can copy and paste the tracking number into Google search bar to find where you package is along the delivery route. Here's a graphic to help you out.

 

Q - Where can I find a Cat's Meow replica I know you made years ago?

A - First, some history. Back in the 90s, we sold through over 4,000 gift shops across the US. We created LOTS of "custom" Cat's Meows specifically at the request of those gift shops so they could offer local significant buildings. Second, for the most part, we still have all those design sleeves in our file drawers (we do not carry them in stock). Complete the Contact Us Form with the name of the building (use several names if you can, as locals call buildings by nicknames rather than actual names), city/town, and state of the building location, and even better is an Item # that can be found on the back lower left corner of the piece. 

We will use that info to search our files and find the design sleeve. Pricing to create just 1 replica from scratch runs from $30.99 to $89.99, depending on the age of the design and its size. If the design is so old that we need to start over from scratch to design it, the price would be $129.99 for 1 piece.

***Another recommendation is to check out the thrift, secondhand, and vintage stores in the location of the building you're looking for, as many times those local vintage pieces end up there to start their "second life". Q - Is there somewhere I can go to find past collections of your villages, so I can try to find any missing pieces?

A - This question is about our national line collections that have been retired over the years. We have scanned catalog pages from our early years of business that you can look thru to see the pieces that were included in a series/collection. Our Historic Product Catalogs show products created from 1983-2017. These are information-only catalogs (however, there may be a few items that are still available). If you are looking for the physical pieces to complete your collections, we recommend checking out these two Facebook groups - https://www.facebook.com/groups/650468896152089/  or https://www.facebook.com/groups/379954009089825/ . You can also paw thru thrift and vintage stores, as lots of Cat's Meows are ending up there at the end of their "first life".

 

Q - I recently started collecting my local collection of Cat’s Meow. I was wondering if you have a list of all the pieces in the collection that you made?

A - We have an electronic listing of all the products we've made through the years, so if you Contact Us with the town/city, state of a collection you're looking for, we can take a quick screenshot of our list for you. Once you look at the list, let us know which items you're truly interested in purchasing, and we can give you a price to create just one from our files. The pricing runs from $30.99 - $89.99 each, depending on age and size of design. We also recommend you use the screenshot list to visit local vintage and thrift stores in your search where you can pick up pieces for just a few dollars.

 

Q - How do I reorder my personal home keepsake you made for me before?

A- We always have your design art work on file. So it's easy to reorder. But what we need from you is the title and Item # (shown on the back lower left-hand corner of your keepsake). You can reorder at this LINK.

 

Q - I have a suggestion for a new Cat's Meow replica for your website.

A - We love suggestions! Complete the Contact Us Form with your suggestion, giving us as much information as possible ie; name, location, and why you think it should be in our product line. We may already have it buried in our design files! If we don't, we will reach out for a photo to design from. Another possibility is that the piece is already available at one of our retail store locations, and we'll share their contact info with you.

 

Q - I have a Cat's Meow collection I want to get rid of...

A - Unfortunately, we do not buy back or recommend prices for pre-owned collections. However, we have a few ideas...
