Casper, our black cat mascot, doesn't get away from our factory very much, but as the school year comes to an end, he gets a little out of hand with his incessant purring, prancing and tail twitching.
That's because he knows our local Kids Day is right around the corner and he gets to spend the day playing with all the kids. And...the kids look forward to playing with him!
Casper always brings his litter box filled with "surprise treats" for anyone who dares to reach inside.
This year the kids took away lots of Tootsie Rolls and Bubble Gum...and 36 Rescue Cats from specially marked Tootsie Rolls.The local Humane Society joined our tent, sharing their own fluffy black cat for all the kids to pet. Coloring pages, stickers, and Casper's Guessing Game were also a part of the day's activities.
And what does Casper think at the end of the day?
Let's just say there aren't enough ice pack vests to keep this black kitty from melting to his toes. But he wouldn't have it any other way because...
