Browser Requirements
|
We recommend using the latest versions of Internet Explorer and
Netscape Navigator. The site is designed to look and work best
using a minimum of Netscape 4.5 and IE 5. If you use older versions
of these browsers (as well as AOL 3.0 and earlier) you may experience
technical difficulties in either viewing the site, or in ordering.

If you are experiencing problems while visiting our site, please
check the following settings on your browser.

must be enabled in your browser preferences for the site to work
correctly.

Browser security. To order
online, your browser must have the ability to run in "secure
mode". A closed lock or unbroken key at the bottom left corner
of your browser indicates you are in a secure section of the site.

Cookies. A cookie is a small
text file stored on your computer, and its main purpose is to
identify you to our server. It is what enables our server to recognize
your name, and remember the items you have placed in your cart.
Please be sure that your browser preferences are set to "enable
cookies". If not, this site will not run correctly.

Error Messages
|
Occasionally, something may occur that interrupts the flow of
information between your computer and our servers. The computers
don't speak clearly to one another, and instead of the information
you wanted, you receive an error message. There are many different
factors that can cause this to happen, and in the majority of
cases, it is insignificant and not likely to happen again. Try
reloading the page by using the "reload" or "refresh"
button at the top of your browser bar.
If refreshing the page does not correct the problem, please click
here to e-mail our webmaster. Let us know as many details
as you can: what version browser you are using, the error message
you receive, and what you were doing when you received it. We
will investigate the problem promptly.
